LUCKY DUCK SLOTS PRIVACY POLICY

Lucky Duck Slots is a social gaming mobile application (“Lucky Duck” or "App"), provided and operated by Super Happy Fun Fun, Inc. (“SHFF”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Lucky Duck does not offer "real money gambling" or an opportunity to win real money or prizes based on the outcome of play.

Lucky Duck and the associated online features offered by SHFF are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as the "Services".

Our Basis for Processing and Your Rights

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before accessing the App or using our Services as it provides important information about how we collect, store, process and disclose your information when providing our Services to you or when you use the App.

SHFF collects and processes personal data for the legitimate interest of providing the Services to its users. SHFF is the data controller with respect to that personal data, and this privacy policy describes SHFF’s activities with respect to that personal data.

Under the applicable laws of various countries, you may have certain rights, such as under EU law, the right to access to, rectification or erasure of, and/or restriction of processing or objection to processing of your personal data.  To exercise those rights, please contact SHFF contact information at the address below.  If you are a resident in the European Union, you have the right at no cost to lodge a complaint with EU data protection authorities. This right also exists in other countries.  If you have questions, please contact us or the data protection authority in your country.

Types of Information We Collect

Personal Data

We collect and process personal data about you (“Personal Data”) in connection with your use of the Services.  Personal Data includes PII, Transactional Data, and Analytic Data (each as defined below).

Personally Identifiable Information

Personally identifiable information, means information that is specific to you and can be used to contact or identify you (“PII”). You are not required to submit any PII to use to use the App.  The optional use of certain social and interactive features of the Services will require that you submit PII through the use of your Facebook account. When you sign into the Services using your Facebook account, we receive from Facebook certain PII about you that you have authorized Facebook to disclose, such as your Facebook ID, user name, date of birth, friend list, email address and profile picture. Any information directly collected through your Facebook account and shared with us will be imported, used and stored in a manner consistent with the Facebook Platform Policy applicable to developers in effect at the time of collection (see https://developers.facebook.com/policy/) and in compliance with any specific privacy settings set by you of which we are aware. We don’t receive or store passwords for your Facebook accounts.

We may use your Facebook contact information or your device’s built-in notification to contact you regarding your use of the App and opportunities to play the App in tournaments.  If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive certain communications from us, please disable those communications in your Facebook privacy settings or in the notifications settings for your device.   WE may also communicate with you by email in response to your inquiries, and of course must use your email address for that purpose.

In addition, our Services may offer you the ability to see which of your Facebook friends also use the Service and enable you to invite more Facebook friends to join. This information is controlled entirely by you and Facebook.  We do not receive any of this information.

Finally, we may collect your email address and other personal information you provide when you contact us for support or other purposes using email.  We will use PII provided by you in that context only for the purpose for which you provided it.

Please note that because a third party site (e.g., Facebook, Apple, or Google) manages your purchases of virtual currency for use with the Services, SHFF does not have access to your credit card or billing information.

Transactional Information Related to Use of the Services

If you create an account for the Services or link the Services to your Facebook account, the Services automatically generate and collect certain information regarding the use of the Services (“Transactional Data”) in order for us to be able to provide you with the Services over time.  We retain this information in order to provide the Services to you.  For example, we retain the results of your games played, including victories, losses, in-game prizes won, gameplay coin balance and gameplay coin purchase history.  Transaction Data consists of this category of information, together with a pseudonymous identifier unique to your copy of the App, and your Facebook identifier if you have linked the App to your Facebook account.

Analytic Data

The Services automatically record and collect certain information about how you use the Services (we refer to this information as “Analytic Data”). Analytic Data may include information such as a User’s Internet Protocol (IP) address and network status, mobile device identifier, unique application identifier, browser type, operating system, and other statistics not identifiable to individual persons. We use this information to administer the Services and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) this information to improve and enhance the Services by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to our Users’ needs and preferences, including for advertising, as indicated below. We may use a person’s IP address to generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how our Services are used.

We also collect Analytic Data using analytics technologies from third parties such as Google Analytics. (For Google’s privacy practices see https://www.google.com/analytics/learn/privacy.html.)

How Your Information Is Used

Use of Analytic Data

SHFF collects the Analytic Data described above for purposes of tracking and analyzing user preferences and trends in order to improve the quality and design of the Services and to create new features, promotions, and functionalities; for content improvement; and to provide the Services. This information may also be shared with our business partners on an aggregated non-personal basis.

Use of PII and Transactional Data

SHFF will use PII in the following ways:

These third-party services providers have access to your Personal Data only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf and are expressly obligated not to disclose or use your Personal Data for any other purpose.

Information Shared with Third Parties

We may share aggregated information and non-identifiable information with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other similar purposes.

Information Disclosed in Connection with Business Transactions

Accordingly, we reserve the right to disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties in order to: (i) to satisfy or comply with any applicable law, regulation or legal process or to respond to lawful requests, including subpoenas, warrants or court orders; and (ii) to protect our property, rights and safety and the rights, property and safety of third parties.

We’ll take steps to update or delete your information as soon as is practicable, but some information may remain in archived/backup copies for our records or as otherwise required by law.  Please note that if you request that we delete all of your Personal Data, including Transactional Data, we will irrevocably delete the records of your purchases and any stored gameplay coin balance, so we will not subsequently be able to confirm the success or failure of any purchase and will not be able to address any problems you may have regarding your purchases or gameplay coin balance.

The Security of Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.

Links to Other Sites or Products

Our Services may contain links to other services or products. Any information that you provide on or to a third-party service or product is provided directly to the owner of the service or product and is subject to that party’s privacy policy. To protect your information, we recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of other services or products that you access.

Your Personal Data may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you’re located outside the United States and choose to provide your Personal Data to us, we may transfer your Personal Data to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of any Personal Data represents your agreement to that transfer.

Our Policy Toward Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (16 in the EU) and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13 (16 in the EU). If we learn that we have collected Personal Data of a child under 13 (16 in the EU) we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.

Changes to Privacy Policy
