- SHFF enters into a Publishing and Distribution agreement with THQ Wireless to distribute SHFF's critically acclaimed Ace Yeti Trapper in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Ace Yeti Trapper is a "Featured Game" on Sprint! - In addition to an 8.6 rating in Wireless Gaming Review AYT also receives Electronic Gaming Monthly's highest rating of Four Bars in their March issue. "...it's addictive and obsessive".
- SHFF is finalizing work on Nokia Series 40 and Series 60 phones for an anticipated launch on AT&T Wireless network. Motorola T720 series and Sony Ericsson phones will be supported.
- The Series 60 will take advantage of the larger JAR size and memory of these devices and will be a deluxe version with 10 new levels, a new enemy (Snow Leopards) and a few new features including "Dookie".
- A BREW version is anticipated to begin production in March. Because of the expanded capabilities of this operating system, the greater than 300K download size and the capabilities of the devices this will likely be the most robust version of AYT

- Sprint Wireless approves SHFF's original cell phone game title Ace Yeti Trapper for release! The title should be available for download in early December. Announcements will be made soon about other releases on other carriers.
- Bethesda Softworks ships IHRA Drag Racing 2004 for Xbox. Based on the successful PS2 game, IHRA
Drag Racing 2, SHFF developed this Xbox version with many new features.
October
- Acclaim Entertainment, Inc. Ships Turok: Evolution for PC in Germany and Europe. This transportation to the PC of this popular FPS console game was developed by SHFF.
- SHFF announces it has acquired the rights for Dark Castle franchise from Delta Tao Software. Dark Castle occupied MacWorld Magazine's Top Five Best-Seller Entertainment Software List for over 36 Months from 1987-1990. Many of these months Dark Castle occupied the #1 slot. Many months both Dark Castle and the sequel, Beyond Dark Castle, occupied two of the top five rankings.
- Dark Castle's original creator, and founder of Super Happy Fun Fun, Inc., is now back in control of the property and is committed re-vitalizing the franchise for the original fans and introducing it to a new generation of gamers. SHFF will initially be re-introducing Dark Castle on next generation mobile devices in the coming months.
- Under the agreement, Delta Tao will continue to license Color Dark Castle and the soon to be released Return to Dark Castle for Apple OS desktop platforms for a limited term.
- SHFF has a PC FPS Product, an XBox racing product and an original cell phone
game, Ace Yeti Trapper now in final submission for publication. Release announcements to follow
shortly.

- SHFF signs a development deal with a major publisher to port a soon to be released XBox title to PC that is scheduled for release in Q1 of 2004. This is the second title SHFF has undertaken with this publisher. Could your publishing company be a Super Happy customer too?!

- SHFF signs a development deal with a major publisher to create an original J2ME cell phone title for multiple network providers. The product is expected to launch in early fall 2003.
